Reservation Information
- Phone 1-800-727-4379 to inquire about availability. We’ll hold space for your group for seven days, depending upon how close to the trip date it is.
- A 50% deposit is required and secures your reservation.
- A 50% deposit secures your reservation and is fully refundable up to 45 days prior to your trip.
- Depending on your trip the balance is due 30/45 days prior to your trip.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Trips are fully transferable to another person to be used on the date the trip is booked.
- All cancelled trips will be referred to our refund Committee for refund or trip credit.
- Trips cancelled with in 30 days of your trip are non refundable.
